How many children can you look after?
A nanny can look after up to 3 children with a condition that all 3 children are able to follow instruction.
I have 3 kids with age of 5 years old, 3 years old and 18months old, how many nannies do I need?
for safety reason for everyone you need to hire 2 nannies. Because the 18months old infat need 1 person/nanny supervision while the other 2 children age 3 and 5 years can be under supervision by the other nanny.
Note: children below 2 years of age must be under the supervision of a nanny.
Do you charge transport in your service? And what is the price?
Yes I do.
- Area 1. Kuta, Seminyak, Oberoi and Petitenget, Canggu: IDR 50.000
- Area 2. Jimbaran, Pererenan, Cemagi : IDR 100.000
- Area 3 Ubud, Nusa dua: Pantai Keramas, 120.000
- Area 4 : Padang Padang area, Tabanan, Uluwatu : IDR 150.000
Booking & Payment
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on caregiver availability. For same-day bookings, please call or message us on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking duration is 4 hours. This ensures our caregivers can provide proper attention and engage your children in meaningful activities. For shorter periods, we recommend our special event packages.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept multiple payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, Dana), and cash in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment can be made before the service starts or at the end of the care session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. We understand emergencies and will handle them case by case.
Safety & Security
Are your babysitters background checked?
Absolutely! All our caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal record checks, reference verification, and personal interviews. We also require valid ID documents and conduct regular follow-up checks.
Are your babysitters trained in first aid?
Yes, all our caregivers are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR. We conduct regular training sessions to ensure they’re updated on the latest emergency procedures and childcare best practices.
What happens in case of an emergency?
Our caregivers are trained to handle emergencies. They will first assess the situation, provide immediate first aid if needed, and contact you immediately. For serious emergencies, they will call local emergency services while keeping you informed throughout.
Can I request a specific babysitter?
Yes, if you’ve had a positive experience with one of our caregivers, you can request them for future bookings. However, availability depends on their schedule. We recommend booking in advance if you want a specific caregiver.

Can you care for children with special needs?
Yes, we have caregivers experienced in working with children with various special needs. Please provide detailed information about your child’s requirements when booking so we can match you with the most suitable caregiver.
Do you provide overnight care?
Yes, we provide overnight care services. This includes helping children with bedtime routines, nighttime monitoring, and morning care. Please discuss your specific needs when booking as overnight care requires special arrangements.
What activities will the babysitter do with my children?
Our caregivers engage children in age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, reading, educational games, outdoor play (weather permitting), and cultural activities unique to Bali. Activities are tailored to your children’s interests and your preferences.
Policies & Guidelines
What should I prepare before the babysitter arrives?
Please prepare: emergency contact information, any necessary medications with instructions, children’s schedules (meal/nap times), preferred snacks/meals, and any house rules. Also ensure the babysitter has a tour of your accommodation and knows where supplies are located.
Do you provide service for events and weddings?
Yes! We specialize in providing childcare for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. We can create a kids’ corner with supervised activities, ensuring both children and adults can enjoy the event.
Are you insured?
Yes, Bali Kiddos carries comprehensive liability insurance that covers all our services. This provides additional peace of mind for families using our childcare services.
