1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings must include date, time, location, child’s age, and any special needs.
• A booking is confirmed once both parties approve the schedule.
• Last-minute bookings depend on babysitter availability.

2. Activities Covered

Our babysitters provide safe, age-appropriate activities including:

• Creative play & art activities
• Outdoor play (with permission)
• Baby care routines
• Meal assistance
• Bath time
• Learning support
• Event & group childcare

We do not provide medical care or specialized therapy.

3. Pricing (Updated)

Below are the updated childcare rates for both Part-Time and Full-Time babysitting:

Part-Time Babysitting

Rp 100.000 – Rp 150.000 / hour

• Flexible hours
• Suitable for short-term needs
• Ideal for tourists, evening care, or occasional childcare

Full-Time Babysitting / Nanny

Rp 100.000 – Rp 150.000 / hour

• Longer daily hours
• Great for expat families and long-stay visitors
• Consistent caregiver assigned when available

Additional Information

• Exact rate depends on the babysitter’s experience, child’s age, and care requirements.
• Peak dates, holidays, or special requests may include adjustments.
• All rates are confirmed clearly before booking.

4. Extra Charges

• Extra child: +/ hour
• Travel fee for remote areas
• Late-night service (after 10 PM): may include additional fees
• Public holiday surcharge may apply

5. Parent Responsibilities

Parents agree to:

• Provide complete instructions
• Disclose allergies, medical needs, special instructions
• Ensure a safe environment
• Stay reachable at all times
• Provide necessary child items (food, milk, diapers, etc.)

6. Babysitter Responsibilities

Our babysitters will:

• Follow parent instructions
• Provide safe, caring supervision
• Maintain routines
• Update parents when needed

Babysitters do not perform heavy cleaning, errands, or non-childcare tasks.

7. Safety Guidelines

• Outdoor play allowed only with permission
• Pool supervision must follow safety requirements
• Babysitters may refuse unsafe environments
• Medication administered only with clear parent instruction

8. Down payment

To secure your booking and lock in your nanny schedule, a 30% deposit is required..

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• Early cancellation may be refunded.
• Late cancellations may incur fees.
• No show will consider non refundable as the nanny is reserved for your booking.

10. Liability

• Bali Kiddos is not liable for incidents caused by unsafe environment, incomplete instructions, or issues beyond reasonable control.
• Parents remain responsible for ensuring a safe childcare setting.

11. Changes to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated as needed. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
